1. 接受条款与适用资格
访问或使用《血战鬼子》（“本游戏”）受本条款和隐私政策约束。本游戏面向年满 16 周岁的用户；如果你未达到所在地订立本条款所需的年龄，必须取得监护人同意。Google 登录本身不会被视为对所有法律文件的统打同意；启用云端数据前，账号中心会单独保存你确认的条款和隐私政策版本。
2. 游戏性质与内容提示
本游戏是以 1944 年抗战为背景的虚构阵地防御体验，含战争、武器、爆炸、死亡和非写实暴力表现。其剧情和数值属于娱乐表达，不构成历史、军事或政治事实陈述，也不赞美现实暴力或针对任何现实群体的仇恨。
3. 有限使用许可
在你遵守本条款和适用法律的前提下，GetZed 授予你一项有限、非独占、不可转让、可撤销的个人非商业使用许可。游戏及其代码、美术、音频、文字、商标和其他内容仍归相应权利人所有；本条款不转让任何所有权。
4. 禁止行为
- 违法使用、侵害他人权利或危害他人和服务安全；
- 绕过访问、地区、安全、速率或发布限制；
- 传播恶意代码，干扰服务，或未经授权访问系统；
- 在适用法律禁止的范围外复制、销售、出租、再许可、反向工程或制作衍生服务；
- 利用本游戏宣扬现实暴力、仇恨、骚扰或歧视。
5. 账号、付费与游戏纪录
游客无需账号即可完整游玩并保留本地纪录。你可选择通过独立的 GetZed 账号服务使用 Google 登录，并在单独确认后按“高波次优先，同波次比歼敌，再比战功”的规则合并正常和无限模式纪录。合并不会删除本地副本，也不会把较低纪录覆盖较高纪录。账号中心提供会话撤销、全部设备退出、数据导出和账号/数据删除。
当前版本不提供真实货币支付、广告、抽奖或可兑换现实价值的虚拟物品。战功和最高纪录仅为游戏状态，不具有现金价值、不可转让，也不构成财产或持续提供的承诺。
6. 可用性、地区与变更
我们可以为维护、安全、法律或产品原因修正、暂停或停止本游戏的部分或全部功能。不得保证服务永不中断或所有设备均可用。海外正式发行明确排除中国大陆（CN）；中国大陆正式版仍锁定，需独立版号及国内运营合规流程。你有责任确认使用本游戏符合所在地法律和年龄要求。
7. 第三方基础设施
本游戏与账号服务使用 Google 进行可选身份验证，并使用 Cloudflare Pages、Workers 和 D1 进行托管、计算、存储与安全防护。第三方服务受其自身条款和政策约束；我们不控制第三方网络中断。
8. 免责声明与责任限制
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，本游戏按“现状”和“可用”状态提供，不作未明确写明的保证。GetZed 不对不可预见、间接、附带、特殊或后果性损失负责。任何限制均不适用于法律禁止限制的责任，也不排除消费者依法享有的强制性权利。
9. 终止、可分割性与完整约定
违反本条款时，你的许可可被暂停或终止。若某条款不可执行，其余条款仍然有效，并在法律允许范围内最接近原意执行。本条款与隐私政策构成关于本游戏使用的约定，但不替代不可放弃的法定权利。
10. 更新与联系
我们可更新本条款，并修改页面顶部日期；重大变化会在合理可行范围内提供提示。法律或条款问题请联系 [email protected]。

Terms of Use
Use of Xuezhan Defense is governed by these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The game is intended for users 16 or older. Google sign-in is not blanket consent to all legal documents; current Terms and Privacy versions must be separately acknowledged before cloud data is enabled.
This is a fictional defense game set against a 1944 wartime background and contains weapons, explosions, death, and stylized violence. It is entertainment, not a factual historical, military, or political statement, and does not endorse real-world violence or hatred.
GetZed grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use while you comply with law and these Terms. You may not violate law or rights, bypass territorial or security controls, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to systems, distribute malicious code, commercially exploit protected content, or use the game to promote real-world violence, harassment, hatred, or discrimination.
Guests can play fully and keep local records without an account. Optional Google sign-in enables explicit deterministic merging and later sync of normal and endless best records while retaining local copies. The account center provides session controls, export, and deletion. The current version has no real-money payments, advertising, prize draws, or virtual items redeemable for real value. Merit and high scores have no cash value.
The service uses Google for optional identity and Cloudflare for hosting, compute, storage, and security. It is offered only outside mainland China; account creation, sessions, and user-data APIs enforce this server-side and fail closed when country cannot be determined.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the game is supplied “as is” and “as available,” without unstated warranties, and GetZed excludes unforeseeable, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. These limits do not exclude liability or mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact [email protected].
