Privacy Policy
1. 适用范围与负责人
本政策适用于 GetZed 提供的网页游戏《血战鬼子》（“本游戏”）。GetZed 负责决定本游戏相关数据的处理目的与方式。隐私或数据请求请发送至 [email protected]，并注明“Xuezhan Privacy”。
2. 我们处理哪些数据
本地游戏纪录
本游戏使用浏览器 localStorage，在本机保存正常模式和无限模式的最高波次、歼敌数与战功纪录。游客记录不会自动上传；登录后也只有在你单独勾选确认时才会首次合并到云端。成功合并后本地副本仍保留，清除浏览器数据只会删除本地副本。
可选的 GetZed 账号与云端纪录
如果你选择 Google 登录，GetZed 会通过 Google OIDC 处理 Google 账号的稳定标识、邮箱、显示名和可选头像，并处理 GetZed 用户 ID、会话、设备标识、条款/隐私版本确认、安全审计以及你明确合并的两种模式最佳纪录。Google 权限仅为 openid email profile；GetZed 不在浏览器 localStorage 保存 Google Token、Session Token 或 Refresh Token。
托管、安全与性能数据
本游戏与账号服务使用 Cloudflare Pages、Workers 和 D1 进行页面交付、会话及数据存储、防滥用和安全防护。Cloudflare 可能处理 IP 地址、国家/地区代码、请求时间、URL、浏览器/设备信息与诊断信息。本游戏不使用广告追踪器，也不出售个人信息。
主动联系数据
如果你主动发送邮件，我们会处理你的邮箱地址、邮件内容及你选择提供的附件，以答复请求、处理安全或法律问题。请不要发送密码、验证码、完整支付卡信息或与问题无关的敏感信息。
3. 目的与依据
- 提供游戏、本地纪录及用户明确启用的跨设备同步；
- 建立和维护账号、会话、设备及合并操作的审计记录；
- 服务端执行地区、用户归属、限流和安全控制；
- 答复支持、隐私或法律请求并履行法定义务。
在适用数据保护法要求处理依据时，我们依据履行用户请求、GetZed 在安全可靠地运营服务方面的合法利益，以及适用法律义务。若某项处理必须取得同意，我们会在处理前取得同意。
4. 接收方、跨境与保留
Google 用于身份验证，Cloudflare 用于托管、计算、数据库与安全。这些供应商可能在你所在国家/地区之外处理数据，并按其适用的跨境保障机制执行。除供应商、法律要求及保护用户/服务安全所必需的情形外，我们不披露个人数据。
本地纪录保留到你清除浏览器数据。服务端会话最长 7 天，可随时撤销；OAuth 临时流程和幂等记录分别按短期安全窗口和 7 天处理。账号资料、合并的纪录、设备与审计记录原则上保留至账号删除，或依法需要更长/更短时间。Cloudflare 运营日志与支持邮件按安全、请求处理和法律义务所需时间保留。
5. 你的选择与权利
你可以清除浏览器数据删除本地纪录。登录用户可在账号中心查看状态、退出或退出全部设备、导出数据及删除账号与云端数据。根据所在地法律，你还可能有权请求访问、更正、删除、限制或反对处理、取得数据副本、撤回同意并投诉。为保护数据，我们可能先核验请求。
6. 未成年人
本游戏包含战争、武器和非写实战斗内容，面向年满 16 周岁的用户，不以儿童为目标。游客游玩不需要账号；可选登录会处理上述 Google 账号资料，但不为年龄验证收集身份证件或生物识别信息。未满 16 周岁或未达当地可独立同意年龄的用户不应使用本游戏。
7. 地区、更新与联系
服务仅面向中国大陆以外地区。账号注册、会话建立与所有用户数据 API 均由服务端阻止 CN；地区无法确认时，账号创建和云端写入失败关闭。这不改变适用法律赋予你的权利。

Information and purposes
Guests keep both modes’ best wave, kill, and merit records locally. Nothing uploads automatically. If you choose Google sign-in and separately confirm import, GetZed processes a Google subject, email, display name, optional image, a stable GetZed user ID, sessions, devices, legal acknowledgements, audit events, and the best records you merge. Requested Google scopes are only openid, email, and profile. No Google or long-lived session credential is stored in localStorage.
Google provides identity; Cloudflare Pages, Workers, and D1 provide hosting, compute, storage, and security. These providers may process data internationally under applicable safeguards. Server sessions last up to seven days and can be revoked. Local records remain until browser data is cleared; account and cloud records generally remain until account deletion, subject to legal requirements.
We use this information to deliver and secure the service, diagnose faults, answer requests, comply with law, and protect legal rights. Where required, the bases are performance of your request, legitimate interests in reliable and secure operation, and legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention, transfers, and rights
The account center supports status review, session and all-device logout, export, and account/cloud-data deletion. Depending on your location, you may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, or complain to a regulator. We may verify requests.
Children and territory
This war-themed game is intended for users aged 16 and older and is not directed to children. The service is offered only outside mainland China. Account creation, sessions, and all user-data APIs block CN server-side; unknown country fails closed for account creation and cloud writes.
If translations conflict, the version most protective of mandatory rights under applicable law controls; nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights.
